As often as possible, we perform a physical survey of the goods to best advise our customer on the optimum way to perform the service. We always provide a written quotation, to avoid any confusions or misunderstandings about the costs. This quotation can be provided in english if the customer so desires.

We quote our local moving services by the hour, from the time we arrive at the origin residence to the time we finish at the destination residence. The costs vary according to the type of vehicle and size of crew required, but we try to adjust this as closely as possible to the actual requirements of each individual case. Even if there is a long carry or stair carry, there is no added charge, we simply go by the time.

We provide some added services to make the local move a little easier on our customers and offer some added protection. All upholstered pieces are wrapped in stretch-wrap at the start of the move and we have special covers for mattresses and refrigerators, in addition to the normal, imported moving pads we use for all items. At no charge, we provide up to five wooden stand-up wardrobes on the day of the move, to hang some of those clothing items you may not be taking yourself. We provide up to four plastic moving boxes, also on the day of the move, where you can place small items which were not packed or which you did not have time to transfer yourself.

To enhance the security aspect of each move, once the vehicle is completely loaded, we place seals on the doors in the owner's presence. Upon arrival at destination, we remove these seals, again in the owner's presence.
